This lot contains / used theater seating description:
10 with fixed  backs.
All made to go onto a slightly sloped floor. A simple shim can be used to put these onto a level floor, no problem.
All of these theater chairs have regular armrests.
Real commercial theater / church / auditorium seating.
Back and seat bottom foam cushions.
Lift-up seat bottom, manual.
2 compatible upholstery colors, see pictures. 5 of each color. The theater that these came from alternated the colors. See pictures, looks nice!

I am getting asked a lot of questions as to why there are 2 different upholsteries in this auditorium.

Here is my answer…
A professional interior designer was hired to select upholstery and to reupholster those chairs. It is a very up-to-date design to use 2 compatible fabrics in an auditorium. The ‘solid’ color fabric, actually has specks of burgundy, purple, and black. It is called Sherpa Grape.
The other fabric is burgundy (matching the Sherpa Grape) with cream accents, to compliment the cream frame color of the chair. The result is a very rich, expensive look. These chairs were reupholstered a few years ago. The fabric is in awesome condition.
Please do not let the ‘2 different colors’ prevent you from buying these chairs. They look gorgeous.
look at the close ups of the fabrics AND notice too that I included some stock pictures of other, high end auditoriums, with compatible, color fabrics.

The backs will all be put together.
The seat bottoms will all be put together.
The leg with its armrest will all be put together.
So you will have to attach the backs and seat bottoms to the legs.
The hardware to attach the backs and seat bottoms to the legs is included.
The hardware to attach the chairs to your floor is not.”
